Who can apply ?
All science and engineering students with undergraduate or graduate level, including Phd students
(diploma above a bachelor of science in mathematics, physics, chemistry, electronics).
Registration
For the registration, Submit your application through our online platform
Step 1 : Click on Registration to access the platform eCandidat provided by INSA, and follow the steps :
- 1. Create and validate your account
- 2. Select Personal Information and fill the mandatory information * (note that INE is not mandatory for foreign students). Don’t forget to select your english as your preferred language, if more convenient than french.
- 3. Next High School Diploma (Select 0031-TITRE ETRANGER ADMIS EN EQUIVALENCE for foreign students)
- 4. Go to Applications, +New application, select Summer School MINATO, Select 2 weeks or 4 weeks, Partners or non partners, Housing included ou excluded
- 5. Upload your documents:
- CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT
- COVER LETTER WITH SELECTED TRACKS
- CV
- TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (Bachelor or Master)
- 6. Submit !

Application process
Step 1: Submit your application through our online platform

Be sure to submit your application before the deadline of the 28th of April 2025.
Step 2 : Admission jury (April)
The scientific committee will meet after the end of the application period, to determine which candidates are selected for our MINATO summer school
Step 3 : Acceptance letter (Before 30th April)
If you are accepted to the summer school, you will be informed either directly by the MNATO organization comittee and you will receive an official acceptance letter.
After the selection by the MINATO committee, selected participants will receive an email and be asked to confirm their participation, provide documents listed in acceptance letter and follow instructions to pay the registration fees. If, unfortunately, you don’t make it to this session, you will still be notified.
Step 4 : Payment (Before 26th of May)
Once you receive the acceptance letter, you will have 4 weeks maximum to make your payment, through a dedicated and secure online platform.
You will receive the link to login via email. Payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer. Your admission will only be definitive once the amount due is received by INSA Toulouse.
Step 5: Get ready to attend the MINATO summer school !
